CCC is a real estate office which offers services related to the subject of purchase, sale & rental of properties exclusively in the north-east. The data collection, processing and use take place as part of the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes.

On the CCC website users are given the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s newsletter, and in this way CCC periodically informs its customers and business partners of offers at regular intervals.
When you sign up for the newsletter, the data you provide is used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by e-mail of circumstances that are relevant for the service or registration (for example, changes in the newsletter offer or technical situations).
To register effectively, a valid e-mail address is required. In order to verify that the it is really the owner of the e-mail address who has signed up, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. This confirmation e-mail logs the ordering of the newsletter, the dispatch of the confirmation e-mail and the explicit authorisation of the customer. Data such as the IP address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to the computer used by the data subject at the time of the subscription and the time of the registration are collected. The data are not passed on to third parties.
You may withdraw your consent for your personal data to be saved and the use thereof for sending the newsletter at any time. There is a link for this purpose in every newsletter. c) Right to rectification
As a data subject you have the right to rectification and/or completion, if the processed personal data concerning you are inaccurate or incomplete. The rectification will be carried out immediately by CCC.
d) Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
As a data subject you have the right to obtain from CCC the erasure of the personal data concerning you where one of the following grounds applies:
- The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed
- The data subject withdraws consent
- There are no legitimate grounds for the processing
- The data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for further processing

e) Right to restriction of processing
