Living in the countryside but still short ways to the town, shopping facilities and the touristic hustle and bustle in Cala Ratjada with its great restaurants at the port and along the promenade as well as many shops and bars are the reason. But sportspeople will be satisfied too: biking, almost every kind of water sports, riding, hiking, tennis as well as sun, beach and ocean and much more are offered in Cala Ratjada. Within 20 km there are interesting golf courts and many beaches with crystal clear water. Moreover, you can live the whole year in this Finca because the infrastructure of Cala Ratjada is whole year available (banks, medical services, shopping facilities, schools and kindergarten, etc.).
