Approx. 3 km outside of Artà, this rustic, simple finca is situated in the rural area to be completed and optimised. On the plot with approx. 10.851 m² a separate casita for individual as well as three sheds for agricultural use are located next to the house. In front of the house there is a courtyard with BBQ grill, which can also be used as a terrace and parking. Behind the dwelling house the construction of a ca 8 x 6 m pool and terrace was begun. On the property there are two wells and the power supply can be ensured by a solar plant still to be installed. The main house has an entrance area: to the left is the country-specific living room with stove and storage chamber, to the right of the entrance are the shower room and the spacious living room with a wood stove. A staircase leads from here to the upper floor, where are bedrooms.
In 2008, the main house was built from former farms on a varied plot. On the property there are numerous fruit trees (pomegranates, olives, pears, apples, tangerines, avocados, kaki and much more) as well as a small forest of halm oaks, where mushrooms grow in autumn. The land in front of the house is flat, the land behind the house quite hilly.

Location:
The finca is located about 3 km outside of Artà in a rural area. Artà, in the north-east of Mallorca, has developed into a small town that captivates artists, artisans and individualists. In addition, deli food and country-specific products are not only offered on the weekly market. In between, more and more exclusive shops and numerous gastronomy establishments are being established, so that a wide audience is at its own expense. Year-round infrastructure with shopping opportunities and medical care is guaranteed. The narrow streets lined with Majorcan village houses create a unique ambience and the fortress "San Salvador" attracts many visitors. Within the vicinity of Artà are four interesting golf courses and the neighboring towns such as Cala Ratjada, Canyamel or Cala Millor are quickly reached and offer tourist ambience right on the sea.
