The estate is located in the popular north east of Majorca in the community of Capdepera. It is easily accessed via well-developed roads and the only 300m long finca driveway and lies close to the historic building “Torre de Canyamel”. The beach of Canyamel is about 5 km away and the typically local villages Capdepera or Arta are reached within about 10 minutes. If you like to play golf, the golf course of Canyamel is within the neighborhood and only 4 km away. The golf courses of Capdepera, son Servera and Pula Golf are also situated within the next 10 km.
