This really very unusual tower house in castle style was built in 1971 and has an interesting past, but certainly also a brilliant future, because it offers an owner with visions ample possibilities to realize his dreams here. Originally - at that time still situated on the edge of a forest - a rustic restaurant was operated here until more and more new buildings were built. Today the house is located in a residential area.

The tower house is located in a pure residential area of Cala Ratjada, not far from the sea. Pretty shops, bars, restaurants and discos are within walking distance. The harbour with its Mediterranean flair, a real highlight of this city, is also nearby. The harbour promenade to Son Moll Beach is as unique as the popular Cala Agulla Beach at the nature reserve. Within a radius of approx. 25 km there are four fantastic golf courses. The place is said to have a very positive atmosphere.
