This fabulous finca is located 3 minutes by car from Capdepera and is on the edge of a nature reserve. The house is not visible from neighbours and is located in a dreamlike quiet area. To the beach Font de Sa Cala it is only 5 minutes by car and to the beaches Cala Ratjadas as well. Shopping facilities can be found in Capdepera as well as in Cala Ratjada. You can spend a quiet day at home, but you can also drive to the lively town of Cala Ratjada to visit its cafes, bars and restaurants. If you enjoy walking, there is plenty to explore in your area.
